About the Role

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will build AI-driven solutions that enhance financial planning for enterprises at global scale. You’ll design and develop intelligent workflows, apply modern AI and data engineering practices, and help deliver next-generation FP&A capabilities within Workday Adaptive Planning.

You will work with rich HR and Finance datasets using Workday’s AI development environment to create automation, predictive insights, and agent-based experiences that improve how customers use planning products.

This role offers the opportunity to apply strong technical problem-solving and creative thinking while working with modern AI technologies and agent frameworks to deliver impactful solutions for some of the world’s largest organizations.

About You

Basic Qualifications - P3 MLE:

• 5+ years of experience with production-level Software Development including the conception, specifying, crafting, programming, documenting, testing, and bug fixing involved in creating and maintaining applications, frameworks, or other software components.

• 5+ years of experience using programming languages (such as Python, Java, or similar) to deliver production quality software solutions in an industry setting.

• 3+ years of experience building production quality software with public cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., AWS CloudFormation).

• 5+ years experience designing and implementing data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources enabling the training and deployment of machine learning models.

Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $143,400 USD - $215,200 USD
