MoAIJobs is an AI-focused job board that (a) aggregates job listings from third-party company career pages and applicant tracking systems, (b) allows employers to post job listings directly for a fee, (c) provides AI-powered career tools, (d) publishes salary data and hiring trend insights, and (e) offers a weekly email digest of new AI job listings. These Terms govern your use of all features across the site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to use MoAIJobs. By using the site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the site or extract data without our prior written consent.
- Post fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive job listings or content.

4. Aggregated Job Listings
The majority of job listings on MoAIJobs are sourced from third-party company career pages and applicant tracking systems. We do not create, verify, or endorse these listings. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, or legitimacy of any aggregated job listing. When you click "Apply" on an aggregated listing, you will be redirected to the employer's external website. We are not responsible for the content, hiring practices, privacy policies, or actions of those third-party sites. You are encouraged to verify all job details independently before applying.
5. Paid Job Postings (Employer Terms)
Employers may post job listings directly on MoAIJobs for a fee. By submitting a paid job listing, you agree to the following:
- Payment: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Payment is due in full at the time of submission. Your listing will go live only after successful payment.
- No Refunds: All paid job postings are non-refundable once payment is processed and the listing is published. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at info [@] moaijobs.com.
- Content Standards: You represent that your job listing is accurate, non-discriminatory, and complies with all applicable employment laws. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these standards without refund.
- Listing Duration: Job listings remain active on the site until they are no longer relevant. Listings older than 30 days may be de-indexed from search engines. Listings older than 150 days may be removed entirely.
6. Email Subscriptions
You may subscribe to our weekly email digest by providing your email address. By subscribing, you consent to receive a weekly email (delivered on Wednesdays) containing new AI job listings. You can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at info [@] moaijobs.com. We will not sell or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.
7. AI-Powered Tools
MoAIJobs offers AI-powered tools, including "Will AI Replace Me?" and "Review My Application." By using these tools, you acknowledge and agree that:
- AI tool outputs are generated by artificial intelligence and are for informational and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute professional career advice, employment guidance, or any form of guarantee.
- Results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. You should not rely solely on AI outputs for career decisions.
- Files you upload (such as resumes) are transmitted to our AI service provider (OpenAI) for processing. These files are used solely to generate your results and are not stored by us permanently. Please review OpenAI's usage policies for information on how they handle data.
- Do not upload files containing sensitive personal information beyond what is typically found on a resume.
8. User-Uploaded Content

This data is provided for informational purposes only and should not be interpreted as guaranteed compensation figures or definitive market analysis. Actual salaries may vary based on location, experience, company, and other factors. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of salary or trend data.
10. Third-Party Links and Services
MoAIJobs contains links to third-party websites, including employer career pages, applicant tracking systems, and payment processors. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these external sites. Your interactions with third-party services (including Stripe for payments and OpenAI for AI tools) are governed by their respective terms and policies.
11. Intellectual Property
All original content, design, branding, and software on MoAIJobs are the property of MoAIJobs or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission. Aggregated job listing content remains the property of the respective employers.
12. Limitation of Liability
MoAIJobs is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
