AI Change Management Leader

We are seeking an AI Change Management Leader to partner with reporting to the Chief AI Integration Officer and lead organizational change for new AI initiatives at Nasdaq. This role will partner with the People Team and will be pivotal in ensuring successful adoption of AI-driven solutions by aligning stakeholders, fostering engagement, and embedding change across the enterprise.

You will design and execute change management strategies that enable teams to embrace AI technologies confidently and effectively. Your work will influence how Nasdaq evolves to leverage AI responsibly and at scale.

The base pay range for this role is $122,500 - $204,200. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
