The AI Transformation Leader is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that facilitate successful organizational change, specifically associated with AI adoption across the organization. This role will directly report to the Chief People Officer and matrix report to the Chief AI Integration Officer to ensure that change initiatives align with business goals and are adopted effectively by employees, minimizing resistance and maximizing engagement for sustainable outcomes. This role will focus on the people side of change and drive alignment of transformation-supporting people programs, processes, and policies with organizational objectives.

You will design and execute change management strategies that enable teams to embrace AI technologies confidently and effectively. Your work will influence how Nasdaq evolves to leverage AI responsibly and at scale.

Organizational Change Management:

  • Change Strategy Development: Design and execute comprehensive change plans, including identifying necessary people program, process, and policy changes. needed, stakeholder analysis, communication, training, and impact assessments. 
  • Workforce Evolution: Lead execution, across various HR teams, of people program enhancements/changes needed to support organizational transformation of the Nasdaq workforce strategy, where humans, agents, and digital workers intersect (e.g., role profiles, career framework, hiring practices, etc.).  
  • Training & Support: Identify training needs and coordinate with the Career Development team to deliver programs that equip employees with the skills and knowledge required to adapt to change. 
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, managers, and employees, to ensure buy-in and support for change initiatives. 
  • Communication Planning: Develop and deliver clear, consistent messages regarding the purpose, benefits, and progress of change efforts through various channels. 
  • Change Impact Analysis: Assess organizational readiness for change, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges. 
  • Performance Measurement: Track and report on the effectiveness of change initiatives using qualitative and quantitative metrics, recommending adjustments as needed. 
  • Culture Development: Promote a culture of agility, resilience, and continuous improvement throughout the organization. 

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field (Master’s preferred). 
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years’ experience in organizational change management, program management, or related leadership roles. 
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects. 
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience delivering presentations and facilitating workshops. 
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess change impacts and develop effective solutions. 
  • Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated success in building relationships and influencing at all organizational levels. 
  • Adaptability: Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Improvement in organizational performance and culture post-change.

This position can be located in Philadelphia, and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment (at least 3 days a week in office, subject to change), providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

The base pay range for this role is $125,000 - $244,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
