We’re looking for an exceptional storyteller who can move seamlessly from ideation to execution. As a Senior Creative (Writer/Director), you’ll bring creative boards to life, concept and develop engaging ideas, and lead projects from inception to final delivery. You’ll work closely with senior creative leads and collaborate cross-functionally to create high-performing branded content. A strong understanding of content KPIs and production workflows is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Concept, write, and direct campaigns rooted in client briefs and creative strategy
- Create mood boards, scripts, and decks to communicate and pitch ideas
- Lead projects through pitch, production, and final delivery
- Collaborate across production, strategy, design, and post
- Present work clearly and confidently to director-level stakeholders
- Support editing workflows when needed
- Integrate content KPIs into creative development

Qualifications:
- 5–7 years in a creative role within advertising, branded content, or production
- A strong portfolio showcasing writing/directing in multiple formats (digital, social, broadcast)
- Deep knowledge of production and post workflows
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
