At Monks BA we are looking for an Digital Creative to be a strategic asset in terms of creativity for social media projects. This professional will be working alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver loads of good-looking assets at a steady pace for a regional client.
Role and Responsibilities
- Generate clear ideas and executions for digital & social media campaigns, digital amplification and innovation.
- A heavy social media user who understands the full range of platforms and networks, and is up to date with every social trend.
- That has the capacity to transform insights and concepts, into digital and social executions with a content creator mindset.
- Ensure creative delivery against the approved creative brief, target audience, as well as brand & product guidelines.
- Develop and manage all creative social and digital executions, including idea proposals, art direction, incorporating consumer insights into the creative process and ensuring messaging consistency across every asset.
- Take work from concept/idea to final execution ensuring deliverables are on time and on budget.
- Present completed ideas to clients/team members & participate in status calls as needed.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience
- Highly creative, imaginative and curious about clients' products or services
- Communication skills
- Collaborative skills (work well in a team and with a range of creative people)
- Upper Intermediate English or Portuguese - You feel comfortable enough communicating in English or Portuguese (both spoken & written).
- Experience in the Entertainment Industry.
