Role Overview
As a QA Developer at Monks, you will work closely with development and product teams to ensure the quality, functionality, and performance of our digital products. You’ll help build and maintain automated testing frameworks, identify and report bugs, and continuously improve our QA processes. We are looking for professionals who combine technical expertise with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop and execute automated test scripts for web and mobile applications.

Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to define testing strategies and ensure coverage.

Detect, document, and track software defects and issues across the full development lifecycle.

Perform regression testing, integration testing, and performance testing as needed.

Contribute to the improvement of QA tools, frameworks, and best practices.

Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and other Agile ceremonies.
What We’re Looking For
-
2+ years of experience as a QA Developer, Automation QA Engineer, or similar role.

Strong programming skills in one or more languages (JavaScript, Python, Java, C#, etc.).

Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, or similar.

Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman or REST-assured.

Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.

Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Comfortable working with global teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
