About the Role
As a Semi Senior Copywriter, you’ll partner with art directors, strategists, account managers, and creative leaders to bring campaigns to life. From headlines and brand messaging to social ads and video scripts, you’ll help shape creative work that’s smart, sharp, and always on-brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop copy and concepts for digital campaigns, social content, video scripts, messaging frameworks, and more.

  • Adapt tone and voice for a variety of formats, from paid social to testimonial films and radio spots.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful work that aligns with project goals.

  • Participate in creative ideation and push the work beyond the brief.

  • Oversee the copy process through production, ensuring consistency and creative excellence.

  • Align closely with Creative Directors to ensure deliverables meet campaign objectives.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years of experience in copywriting for advertising, marketing, or digital content.

  • A strong portfolio that showcases creative thinking and versatility across platforms.

  • Ability to write clear, relevant, and original copy that connects with audiences.

  • Skilled at adapting brand voice across multiple formats and touchpoints.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and responsive under tight deadlines.

  • Team-oriented with strong collaboration and communication skills.

  • Open to feedback and confident presenting creative ideas.

  • A passion for creative culture and current trends.
