Manager in Listing Operations Team

Job Description

Listing operations team supports all Nasdaq European exchanges. The team is responsible for listing stocks, bonds, derivatives and other types of instruments across asset classes as well as implementing corporate actions surveillance and derivatives adjustments based on corporate actions.

The manager will be responsible for leading people and driving change agenda within Listing Operations team. The candidate should be an excellent communicator across all levels of the organization, have a track record of excellent and timely execution and strong analytical and leadership skills.


Responsibilities will include:

  • Responsibility and accountibility for leading and developing a team of 14 specialists, setting a direction and deploying resources for varying projects, participating in company-wide projects while providing guidance and expertise when needed.
  • Supervising daily activities of the team to ensure the expectations and goals are met and/or exceeded.
  • Collaborating with other departments and multiple business units to ensure the effective work processes and regarding client requests.
  • Communicating the changes and updates with multiple stakeholders.
  • Driving automation and process excellence.
  • Working to identify and mitigate operational risks.
  • Supervising and reporting team performance indicators.
  • Acting as a point of contact for operational/business issues for the team and towards the business units supported.

What we expect:

  • University studies/degree in finance/economics/business administration or equivalent
  • A few years of experience in working with projects, service improvement processes and people management in financial, agile, lean or similar environment
  • Experience with change and process management in a dynamic environment
  • Experience in working with many different stakeholders
  • Excel and MS Office knowledge
  • Good understanding of financial markets would be an advantage

What happens now?

This is a full-time permanent position located in Vilnius. Nasdaq offers a hybrid workplace to find a balance between working from home and collaborating in the office, therefore it's required to come into the office at least 2 days per week.

Monthly salary (Gross):  from 4000 EUR –5000 EUR, other bonuses apply. Final offer will be based on candidates experience.
