At Decoded.Monks we're looking for a Senior Operations Manager who will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing key areas of responsibility within the organization. Efficiency is the name of the operations team’s game - and we like to always iterate to apply it to everything we do.

About the Role

Qualifications & Qualities:

Process builder - Has a strong grasp of cross functional workflows and can develop or refine processes to improve team efficiency. Skilled at implementing structured approaches to meet department needs.

Organizational Expert - Highly detail-oriented with a knack for managing folder structures, creating comprehensive trackers, and handling Google Sheets or similar tools. Model a positive, timely, communicative, proactive, detail oriented approach to leadership for other members of the operations team

Resourceful Problem-Solver - Thrives under pressure, resolving challenges with critical thinking and a solution-oriented mindset.

Team Connector: Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and build relationships across teams, motivating them toward excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Invoice management - Collaborating with finance leads from each country to keep detailed status / records 
  • Passionate about tooling as a means to simplify ways of working, provide more transparency to internal / external partners 
  • Maintain Pod 4 account documents including burn reports, utilization reports, and group allocations.
  • Collaborate with people teams to ensure efficient process for any new hires or internal transfers
  • Creating and maintaining jobs and resources in Sanskrit/Netsuite and Resource Manager (RM)
  • Collaborating with RM’s to document and formalize all resourcing needs, including requesting shared resources
  • Facilitate alignment between business units, ensuring consistency, communication, and operational unity
  • Managing onboarding/offboarding for all seats being utilized in tools
  • InfoSec compliance audits

About You

  • Previous agency or similar experience
  • You are seeking to make a large impact on a team
  • You possess excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • You have a motivated work ethic and superior organization and communication skills
  • Experience managing complex projects with stellar attention to detail
  • Must be a thoughtful, critical thinker and strong listener to help understand priorities at both the micro and macro level
  • Strong interpersonal skills to bring people together, strengthen team relationships while motivating teams to produce great work.
  • Solution-oriented

Monks has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what Monks may pay for the position at the time of posting. Monks may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on job-related factors, but not based on a candidate’s sex or any other protected status.

$65,000$80,000 USD
