As a Junior Designer at Monks, you bring a strong foundational skill set across typography, color, photo selection, and layout design. You are conceptual, versatile, and eager to grow. Your work spans a variety of creative outputs, including visual identities, campaign deliverables, presentation decks, swag, and more. You are able to clearly communicate your ideas, explore different design solutions, and adapt quickly to shifting priorities. Your ability to align with brand guidelines and contribute to cohesive visual work makes you an essential part of any creative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of visual assets across various client projects.
- Translate conceptual ideas into thoughtful, well-designed executions.
- Work across multiple brand styles and deliverables, from branded presentations to marketing materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members and align work to project goals and timelines.
- Maintain visual consistency and adhere to brand guidelines.
- Contribute positively to a collaborative, fast-paced creative environment.
Qualifications & Skills
Hard Skills
- Proficiency in key design tools and software.
- Demonstrated ability in core design disciplines (typography, layout, color theory, etc.).
- Experience developing branded visual assets and design deliverables.
