役割と責任
- グローバルなクリエイティブプロダクションエージェンシーにおけるクリエイティブディレクターとして、あなたの仕事はプロジェクトの発掘であり、一度プロジェクトが適切な方向に進み始めると、リーダーとして他のメンバーに役割を伝えます。
- ピッチパックの一部として、クライアントに提案を行い、Aクラスのクライアントのためにコンセプトをリードします。
- ビジネスチームと協力し、現地市場のニーズを特定します。
- プロジェクトのクリエイティブ実行を担当し、ピッチから最終納品に至るまで見守ります。
- クリエイティブ、コピーライター、デザイナー、アニメーター、開発者、プロジェクトマネージャーやオペレーションマネージャーなど、世界中の多様な才能と協力します。
- クライアントの要望以上のものを提供し、プロジェクトの目的や要件に沿った美しくデザインされたデッキを作成します。
- 複数のプロジェクトを同時に進行し、各ブリーフを超えた創造性と技術レベルでの限界を押し広げます。
- プログラム的なターゲティングやダイナミックコンテンツを通じて、適切なメッセージを適切なオーディエンスに届けます。
- 尖端的なキャンペーンに対するプロダクション思考を持ち、細部においてクリエイティブなコンサルテーションを提供します。
- Monksのシニアクリエイティブとして、あなたは世界中で最も素晴らしいプロダクションエージェンシーの一員となり、3000人以上のMonksから成る素晴らしい社内チームとともに「12の拠点にまたがる一つのオフィス」として運営します。
- クライアントへ直接ピッチを行い、リッチメディアからデジタル広告、ブランドコンテンツ、ソーシャルメディアキャンペーン、映画制作に至るまで、あらゆるコンセプトを形作り、販売します。
- 日本の文化や動機に関する豊富な知識を活かして、地域に関連し共感を呼ぶ形でクライアントのクリエイティブゴールへと導きます。
要件
- 国際的な広告やプロダクションでシニアクリエイティブまたはクリエイティブディレクターとして少なくとも2年の経験を有するオールラウンドなコンセプト開発者を募集しています。
- この役割では、アイデアを考え出し、それを引きつけるデッキで提示する能力が必要とされます。
- キャンペーン全体に対して責任を持ち、プロジェクトのすべての段階で強力なリーダーシップと指導を提供し、クリエイティブ、デザイナー、イラストレーター、アニメーターの広範なチームを管理します。
- リーダーシップを発揮し、リモートワークを行う社内チームに対し、明確なクリエイティブの方向性を示し、プロジェクトのオーナーシップを持ちます。
- 迅速なピッチを独立してリードできる一方で、進行中のプロジェクトを完璧に仕上げるために一歩先を行くことも求められます。
- 最新のソーシャルプラットフォームやデジタル技術に精通しており、キャッチーな文章を書いたり、視覚デザインを直感的に理解したりする能力が必要となります。
- デジタルキャンペーンやプラットフォーム、ウェブサイト、ヒーローフィルムやTVC、インスタレーションなど、さまざまなタイプの業務をリードする自信があるとなお良いです。
- デジタルにおいては、ユーザー体験が最重要であり、魅了しインスパイアするコンセプトを形作る能力があることが求められます。
- 強力なピッチとプレゼンテーションスキルを持ち、クライアントに対してMonksのケース、能力、文化を効果的にアピールする才能があることが求められます。
- 英語と日本語が流暢であることは必須です。
