Job Description
We’re looking for a highly skilled and experienced Finance Project Manager to oversee financial initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and ensure successful project execution. This role acts as a vital connection between the finance department and the internal systems team, managing a range of functions to guarantee smooth integration and improvement of financial processes. In your day-to-day, you will:
Lead and manage finance-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery
Understand business needs, assess various solutions, and translate them into clear and prioritized requirements for the implementation team
Work closely with both business partners and implementation team for optimal coordination
Identify opportunities for system improvements, efficiency gains, and user experience enhancements
Implement financial best practices process and automation strategies
Qualifications
Proven Project Management Experience: A demonstrable track record of successfully managing and delivering software projects in the Fintech industry, Including implementation of external vendor solutions.
Stakeholder Management: Excellent ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders, including Finance business users, technical teams, senior management, as well as external vendors.
Knowledge of Financial platforms, ERP, Fusion Oracle, TM1 is an Advantage
Knowledge of financial principles, budgeting, relevant regulations and compliance standards in the Fintech space (e.g., GDPR, KYC/AML, PSD2, local financial regulations) - Advantage
A high level of English fluency to collaborate with global, multicultural teams.
