Now, about the opportunity: In the Project Manager Sr. position, you’ll know how to hustle internal resources to meet external deadlines no matter what. This is a role where you’ll partner with a global team in producing top quality content for one of the world’s most recognizable technology brands. Additionally, our ideal candidate is a fast and flexible go-getter who jumps on new opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- You coordinate between project stakeholders and our internal teams to provide clients with a constant flow of high-end production work.
- Oversee and manage all projects ranging from content development, online campaigns and platforms, mobile apps, decks, playbooks, sizzle videos, events and any other type of digital project that might be thrown your way in the special projects team.
- Clearly communicate timelines, budgets, deliverables, goals and expectations with stakeholders, and various teams across the organization.
- Manage all project communications and workflows, ensuring effective exchange of creative, campaign information, and assets for delivery.
- Work with a team leads to proper vet, brief, and greenlight projects.
- Develop and own an accurate project timeline, master project calendar, workback schedules, and other documentation and specs as needed.
- Ensure the final creative products are consistent with the brief, timeline, client’s strategy, brand, and creative goals, as well as our own quality standards.
- Ensure real-time communication within respective project teams and stakeholders.
- Setup and schedule creative brief-in, kickoff, and creative reviews in advance; ensure all meetings have clear agendas, meeting recap notes, and actionable next steps
- Staying organized and communication is your forte. You understand the importance of taking and distributing notes after meetings, to ensure the team is aligned and has clear objectives.
- High competency and proven track record of project management of large engagements and integrated creative projects.
Requirements:
- Your 5+ years of experience in digital advertising or production have made you fabulous at working under tight deadlines and phenomenal at communicating with equally busy clients and coworkers.
- Experience leading various project types, including web, mobile, video and brand.
- Incredible organization, communication, documentation skills and microsoft office development.
- Spreadsheets are your natural habitat, project management tools your best friend (e.g., TeamGantt, 10,000ft, Basecamp, Post-it notes).
Also Nice-to-have
- Experience dealing with ‘data-driven strategies’.
- Experience with Marketing Cloud/email marketing.
- Technical/development background.
- DoubleClick QA certification isn’t essential to your application, but it is considered awesome and is something that’ll be required at a later point.
