What You’ll Do

• As an Associate General Counsel at Codeium, you will:

• Manage a high-volume workflow, redlining and negotiating key legal documents, including Licensing, SaaS agreements, and NDAs.

• Provide crucial legal guidance, balancing risk/reward, with an understanding of what’s important to investors and due diligence.

• Engage with enterprise-level counsel, ensuring swift and fair deal closures.

• Be highly available during critical periods such as EOM/EOQ/EOY.

• Work collaboratively across teams, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.

About You

• You are a highly driven legal professional who:

• Excels at handling document reviews with speed, accuracy, and efficiency.

• Has a fair and balanced approach to negotiations, with a good understanding of risk/reward.

• Possesses a personable and friendly demeanor, thriving under pressure and working collaboratively.

• Has experience negotiating with enterprise-level counsel and closing deals quickly.

• Is willing to work in-office 3-5 days a week (preferred/flexible)  in downtown Mountain View, CA or Austin, TX.
