Summary:
We are seeking a talented and passionate UX/UI Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user experiences across our clients digital products and services. You will work collaboratively with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate user needs and business goals into innovative design solutions. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, a keen eye for visual aesthetics, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- You may be asked to conduct user research and gather or distill insights through various methods (e.g., user interviews, surveys, usability testing, desktop research) .
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate experience solutions and design ideas.
- Design intuitive user interfaces and content pieces that are both visually appealing, easy to use and align with the clients brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross functional team members and client stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all products.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends and technologies.
- Advocate for the user and champion user-centered design principles throughout the organization.
- Present design work to stakeholders and clearly articulate design rationale.
- Prioritize your time across multiple project needs.
Requirements:
Must have
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and experience.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools specifically Figma, including knowledge of design library,system creation and management.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design.
- Ability to create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with responsive design and mobile-first design principles.
Nice to have
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing and desk research activities to distill insights to create direction based on your recommendations.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Experience in using AI tools to enhance you workflow and output.

- Tool Proficiency: Mastery of modern design and prototyping tools (Specifically Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.). You maintain organized files, layers, and folders to facilitate seamless collaboration.
- UX Judgement: Based on experience and expertise, you can evaluate the quality of user experiences and articulate actionable recommendations for improvement using UX terms and methodologies.
- Mindful Execution: Mindful of time, budget, and schedule, you are flexible and willing to dedicate the time and effort needed to ensure the success of each project.
- Design System Experience: Experience building and maintaining design systems.
