Team and Role Overview
The Treasury Risk & Regulatory Reporting function is a key pillar of the Treasury function. You will have the opportunity to contribute to a team of financial risk professionals whose role is to act as the first line of defense to safeguard Nasdaq’s financial assets and ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and properly reported. The team is also responsible for providing meaningful insights and analytics to internal and external shareholders.
Division Overview
The finance function is organized around the key pillars of Treasury, Tax, Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Development and Investor Relations. The Risk Analyst within this department will partner with key stakeholders including the technology, accounting, and risk management departments and business units.
What we expect
- University degree, preferably BA/BS in Accounting, Economics, Finance or Business or similar
- 3-5 years of working experience, preferably from a multinational corporate treasury, a bank, a credit institution, a fund management company or similar
- Thorough understanding of financial statements (balance sheet, income statement and cash flows)
- Good understanding of Market Risk Measurement and Management is a plus
- Experience working within financial risk management, in particular calculation of capital requirements.
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written) is a requirement
- A willingness and eagerness to learn and contribute to areas other than your pre-defined scope
- A proactive and innovative mindset with the ability to work well both individually and within different teams
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel in particular

It would be great if you have:
- Knowledge of regulatory capital and capital adequacy for regulated entities
- Experience with market data and treasury management systems (Bloomberg, Refinitiv Calypso, Quantum etc.)
- Knowledge and experience of Power BI, RPA/APA tools or similar

What happens now?
This is a full-time permanent position located in Vilnius. Nasdaq offers a hybrid workplace to find a balance between working from home and collaborating in the office, therefore it's required to come into the office at least 2 days per week.
Monthly salary (Gross): 2400 EUR – 2700 EUR, other bonuses apply. Final offer will be based on candidate experience.
