Our Technical Survey Data Analysts are responsible for data programming survey questionnaires based on the materials provided by the Brand Impact Research Team, using specific software, such as Quantum and SPSS. This position combines survey development (from questionnaires), quality assurance, and direct communication with internal stakeholders and partners. This role will include liaising with project managers and researchers to understand their requirements, programming survey data checks according to their specifications, and resolving any issues encountered during the data processing stage.
Primary Role Responsibilities
Converting the data spec form into tabs and performing data checks for the survey programs using Quantum , SPSS, DisplayR or other tool Performing rigorous quality assurance checks on survey programs to ensure that they are error-free and meet client expectationsWorking with the client services and research teams to ensure that client expectations are met and exceededCommunicating with internal stakeholders to obtain clarifications and/or resolve data processing issuesTroubleshooting and resolving issues with programmed surveys while they are in the fieldReviewing collected data for outliers, skip logic issues, or inconsistenciesCleanse data, data merging, and Create cross-tabulation tablesThe position involves night shifts and weekend work. Adapting to this schedule is a crucial aspect of the role.Support all operational tasks undertaken by the team outside of survey and data processing, ensuring seamless workflow and efficiency.Collaborate with team members to contribute to overall project success,
General Qualifications:
2-4+ years experience in data processing Bachelor’s Degree/ B.Tech/BE in Computer Science/Engineering or any IT-related fields Python 2.7 (or other languages), XML, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS “OR” have strong problem-solving skills with the ability to learn things quickly in a challenging environment and think outside the boxAbility to grasp new concepts easilyStats background a plusTechnical proficiency in Office/Google Suite of software solutionsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentBasic knowledge of Decipher or other survey programming platformsExperience with data tabulation tools like Dimensions, Quantum, SPSS, etc. a plusThe position involves night shifts and weekend work.,
