As the Talent Acquisition Lead, you'll be the strategic hiring partner to leaders across all major functions—engineering, operations, product, AI, and more. You’ll lead the recruitment team, own full-cycle hiring for strategic roles, and help scale systems, processes, and culture to meet our ambitious growth targets.
What You’ll Do
Own and lead end-to-end hiring strategy across functions, ensuring speed, quality, and culture fit in every hire
Build, mentor, and scale the talent acquisition team, raising the bar for recruitment execution and capability
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, defining talent needs, calibrating on fit, and designing effective, scalable interview processes
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to engage top talent, especially for hard-to-fill or high-impact roles
Champion a world-class candidate experience marked by transparency, speed, and respect
Implement and refine recruitment metrics, pipelines, and dashboards to track performance and improve processes
Partner with leadership on workforce planning, employer branding, and recruitment marketing
Stay ahead of talent trends, compensation shifts, and competitive benchmarks to inform hiring strategy
Be a culture ambassador, helping ensure every hire strengthens the DNA of our team

Have a strong eye for talent and can spot high performers beyond their CVs

Have experience leading hiring across multiple functions or geographies

The Right Fit Has...
5+ years of experience in end-to-end talent acquisition, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or team lead role
Proven success in scaling hiring in fast-growing, high-performance environments
Strong exposure to hiring for technical, product, and/or leadership roles
Experience with modern ATS systems, sourcing platforms, and recruitment automation tools
Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and problem-solving ability
Nice to Have
Experience hiring in the Southeast Asia region or other multicultural markets
Background in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or talent analytics
Familiarity with behavioral interviewing, structured hiring, or bar-raising methodologies
A passion for startups, scale-ups, or building teams from 0 to 1
