As part of our Los Gatos Moves, Adds, and Changes & Workplace team, you will lead move and relocation efforts in our evolving real estate portfolio that is experiencing explosive growth. This position will be responsible for project strategy and execution for Netflix moves, adds & changes of varying size and complexity.  This role will work closely with our Regional Space Strategy, Construction, and Operations teams as well as our vendor partners to execute on our evolving site strategies. 

The successful candidate will be passionate, self-motivated, proactive, quick-thinking, flexible, creative, thorough, and able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organization and unwavering attention to detail at all times. This is a demanding and fast-moving position that requires someone who is proactive and positive and able to exercise good judgment and communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage end-to-end relocations, ensuring seamless execution through careful coordination, communication, and attention to detail.

  • Independently oversee projects and collaborate with cross functional partners such as Construction, Design, and Space Strategy teams 

  • Ensure stakeholder satisfaction throughout the relocation process—from planning through execution and post-move (“Day Two”) support—by anticipating needs, resolving issues, and providing a seamless experience.

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with partners across their respective Netflix verticals to ensure strategic alignment and a deep understanding of business needs.

  • Provide feedback to their manager to optimize relocations and FFE service, ensure adherence to established KPIs, and communicate shifts in business needs

  • Proactively schedules and leads meetings with move vendors and stakeholders to review timelines and logistics.

  • Collaborates with internal teams and external vendors (e.g., AV, Security, Engineering) to ensure readiness and successful execution of moves and space changes.

  • Manage work orders and small projects, including but not limited to furniture reconfigurations, events & meetings, technical spaces, and space enhancements

  • Provide move signage, general move directions, and be present on campus or at the move site, available to answer questions and resolve post-move issues

  • Coordinates vendors involved in moves and related services, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.

  • Works effectively with peers, contractors, and multiple vendors, contributing to a collaborative and solutions-oriented team environment.

  • Addressing any unexpected issues or logistical challenges that arise during a project 

  • Tracking expenses and project budgets

Qualifications:

  • Holds a BA/BS degree or possesses equivalent work experience in facilities management.

  • Demonstrates a high level of organizational skills.

  • Exhibits excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Able to read and interpret construction drawings accurately.

  • Understands project cost analysis principles.

  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).

  • Familiar with modular furniture systems, FF&E, ergonomics, and traditional Move, Adds, and Changes (MAC) processes.

  • Possesses strong problem-solving skills with the ability to influence partners, and manage multiple day-to-day projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Maintains a positive, team-oriented, hands-on, adaptive, and client-focused attitude.

  • Comfortable collaborating with diverse teams, including architects, building engineers, property management, senior internal partners, project managers, and facility managers.

  • Flexible to provide after-hours and weekend supervision of projects as required.

  • Experienced with computer-aided facility management systems (CAFM).

Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $50,000 - $190,000.
