Get to Know the Role

We are looking for a Software Engineer who can not only write high-quality code daily but also build AI-powered tools and agents that improve how the team works. You have the determination to work on projects through the full life cycle while dealing with cross-team dependencies. You will be reporting to Engineering Manager II. You will help to identify any problem arises and apply relevant skills to solve them.

This role is onsite based in our Singapore office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will develop AI agent systems and LLM-powered tools that automate team workflows and reduce manual toil.
• You will work with the product and design team to understand requirements, own and implement product features from start to finish.
• You will write code that is reusable, scalable, and testable to ensure products are delivered on time and with high quality.
• You will integrate LLM APIs and prompt patterns into existing backend services to solve practical business problems.
• You will collaborate with QAs to make sure all product requirements are met and the deployments are stable.
• You will review code from other team members, provide constructive feedback and aim to raise the engineering bar.
• You will be responsible and responsive during on-call duty. Debug and troubleshoot production issues.
• You will provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to peers.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• You have a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related fields.
• You have 2+ years of experience in software engineering in a distributed systems environment.
• You have Computer Science fundamentals in algorithms and data structures.
• You have programming skills in any language but must be willing to work on Golang.
• You have hands-on experience building applications with LLMs, prompt engineering, function calling, or agent frameworks.
• You are passionate about using AI to improve team productivity and building products to accelerate business growth.
