The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer with a strong passion for building LLM-based applications. You will contribute to the development of key AI/ML applications and scalable data pipelines for Corporate Finance systems, including Oracle eBusiness Suite (R12) and cloud sourcing applications such as Ariba and Zip.

The ideal candidate has a demonstrated track record of building multiple AI-driven systems and excels at managing the full lifecycle of AI application development across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver major AI engineering project deliverables
• Design and develop new LLM applications and enhancing existing ones
• Improve productivity by integrating AI into workflows
• Serve as a design authority for AI projects
• Shape best practices, standards, and methodologies across the team

This role will focus approximately 70% on AI and 30% on core automation and application development. The candidate should be willing to work on infrastructure automation to understand existing processes and propose LLM‑driven enhancements.

This position offers significant opportunities to expand expertise in the Corporate Finance Sourcing-to-Collections domain.

Essential Functions:

• Partner with product owners to define and refine requirements while leveraging existing organizational tools
• Develop scalable architectural solutions that integrate seamlessly with the broader internal ecosystem
• Provide domain expertise for creating and maintaining technical documentation
• Play a key role in end‑to‑end feature development across products

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant AI/ML experience
• Hands-on development experience with Java/Spring/Angular/React
• Strong foundation in AI/ML and data technologies, with expertise in Python and Java

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in a software engineering role
• Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed systems
• Proficiency in Python and Java
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Docker, Kubernetes, Scikit-learn)
• Demonstrated ability to build scalable AI pipelines and integrate models into real-time systems
• Proven track record delivering LLM-based projects, balancing speed and quality
• Ability to measure and demonstrate productivity improvements using relevant metrics
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience ensuring AI solution quality through rigorous testing, validation, and scalable data ingestion frameworks
• Experience optimizing AI/ML application performance
• Ability to collaborate across teams in a diverse, global environment
• Experience handling multiple concurrent assignments involving both AI and non-AI development
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with finance-related applications
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries
• Advanced degree or certifications in AI/ML (preferred)
