DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES IN ADDITION TO THOSE IN JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Lead SI team’s test enablement and development (like MIPI/PCIE/DP/HDMI/USB compliance test etc.) through collaboration with cross teams and 3rd org.

• Manage SI team’s compliance test and work out smart process through interaction with internal team members / project team / multiple design teams etc.

• To verify and validate hardware products designed and developed in house at AMD using the standard qualification process developed within the validation qualification group
• Report the failures(status) found in testing(enablement) to project lead/PM /manager and fix the issues (figure out approach) with global stakeholders.  

• Automating/AI the tests through script/tools
• Communicate with project lead and PM for the test tasks and test problems
• Share Technical and management training to influence and enhance team members’ capability and skillet 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor degree of electrical engineering/computer science/computer engineering is preferred
• Good written and oral skills in English.
• Self-motivated, able to work and drive new compliance test enablement and development independently and effectively to meet time requirements.

• Deep knowledge of high-speed signal theory and actual practice on real products with rich experience and expertise

• Deep understanding of high speed-IO(USB/PCIE/HDMI/DP/MIPI etc.) protocol, and figure out the protocol problems and possible solutions using protocol analyzer, fix issues with related FW teams.
• With 10 years’ SI test experience on PC/server/dGPU etc.; and minimum 12 years of industrial experience in a hardware product testing or development environment is plus+

• Strong passion on high quality products delivery and strong innovation mindset 

• Familiar using electronic equipment such as digital oscilloscope, logic and network analyzer

• Good skillset of writing script (python, ruby etc.) is plus

• Worked in related technical development group of industry org. for IO interface high speed-IO (USB/PCIE/HDMI/DP/MIPI etc.) discussion of measurement & development is plus.

• Proficient in using all MS operating systems and good PPT presentation etc. skillset.

• Team management experience is preferred
