About the Role
As a Sr. Project Manager, you’ll lead complex and high-impact creative initiatives from digital initiatives and video production to sponsorship events and content development, ensuring every project is delivered on time, on budget, and in line with strategic goals. You’ll be at the heart of cross-functional collaboration, steering timelines, budgets, and team dynamics while upholding top-tier creative standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage diverse projects including content development, sponsorship events, online campaigns, decks, videos, and other digital initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and teams to ensure alignment on timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Own project workflows, ensuring seamless exchange of information and assets.
- Process champion who’s not afraid to continually reassess and optimize the process
- Develop and maintain project timelines, calendars, and documentation.
- Ensure creative outputs align with client strategies, brand guidelines, and quality standards.
- Organize and lead briefings, kickoffs, and reviews with clear agendas and action items.
- Emphasize organization and communication to keep the team aligned and focused.
- Collaborate in creating budgets for accounts and new business opportunities.
- Monitor financial aspects and assist in vendor payments.
- Manage administrative tasks, including reviewing SoWs and contracts.
- Comfortable leading and directly addressing big cross-functional teams of varying seniority
- Establish and monitor KPIs, supervise project processes, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Comfortable enforcing the sometimes difficult expectations required for the highest volume, fastest turn account
- Foreseeing and coordinating late-night availability based on project deadlines
- Following up with and securing senior-level approvals
- Enforcing roles and responsibilities amongst a diverse team, and holding teammates accountable for their tasks and deadlines
- Foster effective teamwork through communication and collaboration.
- Lead resource allocation and work with project managers to anticipate staffing needs and ensure the right talent is assigned to projects. Address any conflicts that arise alongside the Associate Project Manager and provide clarity to requesters regarding the resolution.
About You
The essentials:
- 4-6 years of experience in digital advertising or production.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- Proven track record in project management of large-scale creative projects.
- Proficiency in budget management and project monitoring.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience with social campaigns, video production, and post-production.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Experience dealing with data-driven strategies.
Not a must, but a plus:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
