Join the Connected Experiences team, which is responsible for building engaging and intuitive front-door experiences for Workday. We are looking for a highly motivated and technical Senior Product Manager to shape and deliver AI-powered agentic experiences! You will be responsible for working at high velocity to experiment, innovate, develop, iterate and successfully launch new agentic experiences. We collaborate closely with engineering, design, data science, customer support, and other team members to define, prioritize, and execute on the product roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Vision: Develop an inspiring and compelling 3 year vision and strategy for a new agent, encompassing its functionality, user experience, integration points, and long-term evolution.
Prioritization & Roadmap: Own and drive the roadmap for the agent development, focusing on speed, security, usability and impact. Make strategic decisions and trade-offs based on business value, technical feasibility, and user impact.
Technical & Data Competence: Proficient working in a technical environment, with our Engineering partners. Define clear success criteria and metrics to drive insights such as thresholds around task completion rates, precision, intent recognition accuracy and more.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key team members across the organization, including research, design, sales, marketing, partner applications and executive leadership.
AI/Agent Best Practices: Learn and implement standard best practices and methodologies in agent design and evaluation as well as performance optimization
About You
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of product management experience
1 + year of experience with AI technologies and their application in product development.
5+ years carrying out scrum and other agile development methods
5+ years of experience with SaaS
Other Qualifications
A strong product mindset with a passion for innovation and an AI-first approach (AI experience a plus)
Experience with API concepts and best practices
Strong technical competence with a willingness to lean into detail
Individual initiative & ownership – driven by results, and motivated by impact
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal
Comfortable working in ambiguity and driving towards clarity

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things.
