Sr. Product Manager - Coupang Taiwan

Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Product Manager for Fulfilment Services, you will lead the development and enhancement of fulfilment solutions that optimize the delivery process, improve customer satisfaction, enhance worker experience and reduce operational costs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new features and improvements
- Product Strategy and Road map:
Define and execute the product strategy and road map in alignment with company goals. Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in fulfilment services.
- Customer and Market Research:
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends. Gather and analyse feedback from customers and stakeholders to inform product decisions.
- Product Development:
Lead cross-functional teams in the product development process. Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations teams to develop and launch new features. Manage the product backlog and prioritise features based on business and customer impact. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Communication:
Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to senior executives and stakeholders. Provide regular updates and reports on product performance and development milestones.
- Competitive Analysis:
Evaluate competitive products and develop response strategies. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, preferably in e-commerce or fulfilment services.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and launching products.
- Ability to combine strategic foresight with astrong execution focusto drive results.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to prioritise, drive decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- A proactive approach, with a willingness to delve into details and drive results.
- Excellent communication skills,capable of conveying complex ideas succinctly and persuasively.
- Experience with an understanding of how tools can drive efficiency in technology landscape.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in using technology to create a better customer service experience in an e-commerce landscape
- Experience in launching consumer-facing products in a fast-paced environment, with a preference for candidates who have worked in start-ups or large tech companies.
- Any prior experience of managing g11n, i18n products
