We’re looking to hire a versatile Senior Producer to help execute and proactively manage the production of a high weekly volume of creative projects from kick-off to launch, while keeping clients and team members regularly informed of updates along the way. Projects consist primarily of promotional video ads, digital out of home, and social assets using specific templates, with some occasional reporting and presentations. You will serve as the main point of contact with our US-based team and clients, and be responsible for managing and regularly updating project status and key details, while keeping things moving with the local teams. Regular client communication and participation in client meetings is also necessary.
This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, extreme attention to detail, a sense of urgency when responding to queries and while problem solving, as well as experience in managing projects, video production, and/or producing digital content in an advertising agency or equivalent. An intimate understanding of what is needed to run a successful project from start to finish is key. The goal of your team is to be nimble and reactive while producing a high volume of output following an established process each week. This role is based in Buenos Aires.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project execution teams. You will be the main point of contact with our US-based team and also guide the creative team to deliver high-quality work on time each week.
- Collaborate closely with account and creative teams to oversee creative production for a high volume of templated digital projects and campaigns each week (weekly digital out of home and video ad campaigns for new music releases that follow an established process)
- Manage all project-related details and communications from start to finish. Be in charge of asset management and ensure assets comply with project specifications, share feedback, follow up with clients, and respond to requests and project updates in a timely manner.
- Manage day-to-day communications with the account, creative, and client marketing teams via email, chat, and video conference calls.
- Create, update, and maintain project timelines and other related documentation, and provide regular project updates to clients and team members.
- Support artist selection and manage video promo slot allocations, ensuring choices align with team best practices, OKRs, platform priorities, project timelines, and team capacity.
- Collaborate directly with internal Platforms team to ensure they have visibility of the video promo pipeline to align their resourcing/capacity around.
- Traffic final video assets to the internal Platforms team, ensuring campaigns are correctly set up and launched on schedule.
- Maintain and provide artist tracking details for integration into global OKR reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely updates
- Continuously optimize workflows and timelines to improve efficiency, highlight risks early, and ensure projects remain on track.
- Build and maintain key relationships with client teams and internal discipline leads.
- May occasionally liaise with regional teams on scaled global campaigns and help run projects requiring localization of creative assets.
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience working as a digital project manager or video/content producer in an advertising agency or video production house.
- Knowledge of the creative process. Ability to create and enforce project timelines, but also have the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and timelines.
- You know how to communicate effectively with account leads, creative teams, as well as directly with clients. This includes proactively providing project status updates, giving feedback, following up on communications and deadlines, and negotiating.
- Superb planning, organizational, and communication skills (written and verbal) with extreme attention to detail.
- Team player who can successfully work across teams, time zones, and technologies.
- Familiarity with Google Suite and Monday or other project management tools.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision, ask questions and flag potential issues as they arise, mitigate risk, and offer creative solutions to problems.
- Proficient English. This will be evaluated during the selection process.
