Shanghai.monks, the Shanghai office of global creative company .monks, is looking for a Senior Copywriter. You understand youth audiences, digital and social trends, and inspire our clients with smart creativity and sharp copy. You thrive in a digital creative agency where you get your hands dirty and stretch far to make work that is remembered beyond today.
You need to…
- Help create integrated creative concepts across IMC, social, digital, film and experiential
- Write and craft perfect messaging, headlines, short copy, long copy and write-ups in English and Chinese
- Translate global messages and localize into inspiring copy
We are looking for…
- A story teller
Not only understand Chinese and APAC youth audiences and the social landscape, but also can tell exciting stories with creative concepts and ideas.
- A good writer
Have worked at least 5-7 years in copy roles in creative agencies, have a portfolio that shows mastery of each of writing the skills for different kinds of copy, and have fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (both required)
- A passionate team player
Actively participate in the teamwork, have excellent communication skills and contribute to team growth and development
