We’re seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Go-To-Market (GTM) Planning & Execution team, where they will be responsible for developing and executing the global process to operationally deliver GTM, Compensation and Product decisions. This person will partner with a highly matrixed set of cross-functional collaborators including Strategy, Incentive Compensation, Product, Operations and more to design, develop, and implement complex programs in a high-paced environment.

This position will require developing a broad understanding of Salesforce’s core processes and technology. In this role, you will drive a transparent engagement model to incorporate a broad set of stakeholders throughout the planning process, and operationalize decisions across cross-functional teams to drive a smooth change management process for the field.

Responsibilities

  • Program Management: Manage the cross-functional decision & execution process for all GTM, Incentive Comp and Product changes and ensure on-time and accurate implementation. Manage decision forums / meetings, draft async updates including actionable follow ups, and manage over project plan for decision execution.
  • Synthesize Complex Problems: Translate complex business inputs into actionable insights and recommendations for senior leadership. Synthesize GTM strategies to operational stakeholders to execute.
  • Strategic Planning & Analysis: Connect the dots between all planning teams, and support and enhance GTM planning processes including coverage models, territory design, capacity planning,
  • Anticipate Needs: Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities by “seeing around corners” and proposing preemptive solutions.
  • Process Optimization: Innovate, challenge and evolve legacy operational processes to drive scale and optimization
  • Multi-Tasking: Own and drive multiple programs simultaneously, which includes managing the execution across multiple cross-functional teams, delivery, follow-up, and managing-up engagement metrics post-program launch
  • Trusted Partner: Build trusted partnerships with business collaborators and leaders across the company to drive decision making, share information and resources, problem solve, and produce better outcomes
  • Teamwork: Establish a spirit of teamwork and lead by example by fostering a culture of collaboration, and clear communication

Required Skills/Experience

  • 5+ years of work experience, ideally in Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, Finance, or Consulting
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; capable of breaking down ambiguous problems and structuring solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)—able to synthesize complex topics and present them clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to tell a story in Slack Canvas, Quip, Google Slides, etc; proficient in GSheets/Excel and knowledge of pulling and manipulating data
  • Driven and resourceful with a can-do attitude and strong ownership mindset.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in environments with autonomy.
  • Growth mindset—always seeking to learn, improve, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Passionate about creating efficiencies through automation and scalable processes.
  • Experience with sales coverage models, quota setting methodologies, territory alignment
  • Comfort to thrive in an environment where priorities change rapidly and require seamless pivoting to new projects, with many times unrealistic demands
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving alignment across teams
  • Ability to succeed in a collaborative, start-up paced environment which may include extended time commitments during busy-season

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $111,200 to $152,900.
