Amazon Web Services came to China in 2013, and has been relentlessly investing and expanding our infrastructure and business since then. Amazon Web Services launched its China (Beijing) Region (operated by Sinnet) in September 2016 and its China (Ningxia) Region (operated by NWCD) in December 2017. In 2019, Amazon Web Services added a new region in Hong Kong, making China the only country with three Amazon Web Services regions aside from the U.S. In 2022, Amazon Web Services launched Local Zone in Taipei. Amazon Web Services has also established an AI lab in Shanghai and two IoT labs in Shenzhen and Taipei. The Amazon Web Services Partner Network has thousands of Partners in China. As a Security GTM Specialist, you will be responsible to enhance customers' security posture, and accelerate customers' compliance journey on AWS, drives the security services adoption, launches security solutions based on different scenarios, acts as a bridge to communicate with global security services team, collects customers' voices and requirements about security and compliance, figure out a way to meet customers' requirements. You should be the domain expert in data security, threat detection, etc. You also should be the one on behalf of AWS to build relationship with customers CISO and other similar roles.
Key job responsibilities
1. As the first owner of security and compliance, responsible for Strategic Account and other assigned industry. Help customers solve problems in the use of security services, respond to customers' security incidents, amplify AWS's compliance advantages to influence customers migration in and use more AWS, and provide customers with compliance guidance and best practices.
2. Responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with customers' high-level security and compliance executives such as CSO and CISO, earning customers' trust through AWS "Security is Job Zero" Culture, CISO Circle, and re:Inforce programs, and enabling customers' CSOs and CISOs to become AWS sponsors.
3. Earn the trust of customers at the working-level such as Security Ops by solving specific problems, including use AI to solve security issues and help customers solve problems encountered when using other cloud services, namely the "Security+" program, to drive customers to use more cloud services through security and compliance.

We are a customer-facing team and focus on solving customers security and compliance issues.Our team's mission is to earn customers’ trust to drive migration and increase stickiness, enhance customers’ security posture and accelerate their compliance journey are our team mission. In terms of services GTM, we are mainly responsible for security services (Identity and Access Management, Detection & Response, Data Security) and Management/Governance Tools. In daily work, we focus on Generative AI security, China region compliance and global compliance requirements, industry-specific security solutions, incident response, marketing and advocate (re:Inforce, CISO Circle).
