Job Description

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You welcome and advise our customers in order to meet their needs and offer them the best possible experience.
- You develop sales by offering our mobility products and services in a personalised way.
- You help our customers to get to grips with their vehicle.
- You also check our vehicles on customer departures and returns in order to guarantee a premium fleet.
- You are involved in the administrative management of our branch and the logistical management of our fleet.
YOUR SKILLS COUNT
- Sales & service: you have experience in sales and service. You are results-oriented and do everything in your power to achieve your targets. You place a high priority on customer satisfaction by offering a premium service and an exceptional experience to every customer.
- Team spirit: you have a strong sense of team spirit and enjoy working as part of a team towards common goals.
- Driving licence: you hold a valid driving licence, you will be required to move vehicles for the operational needs of your branch.
- Languages: you are fluent in English to serve our international customers, fluency in Dutch would be highly appreciated to serve our national customers.
- Flexible working hours: you are available to work rolling shifts on a 38-hour/week contract. The opening hours of the Amsterdam Schiphol branch are as follows: Monday to Sunday and bank holidays 7am to 11pm.

As a mobility service provider, our Branches & Operations division is the point of contact with our customers: whether by phone, app or directly in our SIXT branches. This means: premium service directly to the customer, advice and sales in exchange and responsibility for the rental process of our premium fleet.
