The Team: The mission of the Production Solutions (PS) team is to enable Netflix production teams and content creators to do their best work. We provide support across all production functions, including Production, Post, VFX, Music, Technology, and Innovation to address regional opportunities for operational execution.

The Role: The Project Manager of Production Solutions will report directly to the Director of Production Solutions. Core responsibilities include: managing the regional delegates program and managing a number of projects by focusing on execution, communication, and alignment. This role encompasses leading and supporting regional projects, and also includes collaboration with global stakeholders like the GPS team (Global Program Management) and Product teams.
Core Responsibilities:
Focus on communication of the progress of projects that have been set as a priority for the year
Facilitate and track the progress of initiatives by ensuring Project milestones are communicated to stakeholders and Project leads/ICs are kept up to date on the progress of each initiative
Build presentation decks as required for specific projects (e.g.: learnings, kick-offs, and roadshows) as well as create guidance, pull data reports, or write FAQ documentation
Assist in a support role to the Managers in the team for projects or specific asks: leading a project for coverage or acting in a support role when the project is big and requires more than one person leading the project. In addition, following up on the next steps to ensure the timely completion of action items by the PS team and Project Stakeholders
Regularly align with the GPS team to share regional priorities, best practices and integrate new learnings from our region
Ensure consistent participation across our team Slack channels as well as representing the PS team to cross-functional teams within the studio when required (e.g. responding to queries in communication channels or tracking and raising awareness of issues communicated via stakeholders)
Update and maintain all platforms used by the PS team for internal organization (e.g. Airtable, trackers) with the input and collaboration from the team
Build and nurture cross-functional relationships with all stakeholders
Qualifications:
5+ years prior experience as a Production or Project Manager or Coordinator across a range of complex productions or projects
Familiarity with television series and film production or project management process
Strong administrative skills with experience organizing different tasks and requests from different stakeholders
Detail-oriented and highly organized with a knack for finding inefficiencies and a strong will to fix them
Ability to work with ambiguous parameters and able to deconflict competing priorities while meeting deadlines
Ability to prioritize and multitask a high volume of tasks, problem solve, and offer creative solutions
Team player who thrives in a fast-paced collaborative setting
Self-starter and highly motivated to actively contribute ideas that help to elevate the team and their projects
Strong written and oral communication skills for presentations in large meetings with multiple stakeholders
Proficiency in Google Suite (with a special focus on Sheets and Slides) with the ability to learn and implement new tools/systems
BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience
Affinity and interest to operate within Netflix culture and champion the culture within the team and the business
Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $50,000 - $245,000.
