Salesforce Inc. seeks Program Management Director in San Francisco, CA:

Job Duties: Lead programs by aligning across program scope, and release planning, as well as aligning one or more teams on vision, and business goals, crafting program structure, and securing cross-functional alignment. Partner with cross-functional teammates to drive workgroup alignment meetings to address tactical release issues, dependencies, team status, production issues, metrics review, achievements, etc. (cross-functional - Product Owners, Scrum Leads, UX, CX,). Drive Steering Committee meetings with key partners for each program to help make key decisions, remove obstacles, and address key program issues. Be the key driver to ensure business goals are met and drive the strategic vision of each program. Develop strong partnerships with key functional team members to drive focus on business goals. Be a trusted partner for executive management to ensure program success and lead "program/feature" dependencies across multiple teams, scrum teams, functions, divisions, and partners. Establish and evolve strategies to drive and connect global teams on shared programs. Be a catalyst within the organization and help advance the Product & Technology strategy globally and drive others in the organization to change. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required. 

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field. 

A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field)).

Special Skill Requirements: (1) Program or Project Management; (2) Portfolio Management; (3) Software Development Lifecycle; (4) Agile Methodologies; (5) Define program vision (Scope and Charter); (6) Develop program roadmaps; (7) Create program reporting mechanisms to manage execution status; (8) Actively identify and analyze KPIs to monitor program health; (9) Risk management (develop a risk action log) identify and drive resolution; (10) Define, develop, and implement program processes; and (11) Understanding current business processes, product functionality, and goals. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.

Salary: $168,600.00 - $293,900.00 per annum.

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $168,600 to $293,900.

For Colorado-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $168,600 to $293,900.

For Washington D.C based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $168,600 to $293,900.

For Maryland based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $168,600 to $293,900.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $168,600 to $293,900.

For Hawaii-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $168,600 to $293,900.

For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $168,600 to $293,900.

For Minnesota based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $168,600 to $293,900.

For New Jersey based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $168,600 to $293,900.

For Vermont based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $168,600 to $293,900.
