AMD together we advance_ THE ROLE: Working with peers AMD GOQ (Global Operation Quality) team, to manage day to day Contract Manufacturer/Supplier Operations and Supply Chain. Interaction between peers and suppliers/contract manufacturer contact. Will be also involved in communication with IT team between both AMD and Contract Manufacturer to resolve any issues arise in B2B or SAP. The job may requires on site Contract Manufacturer support. THE PERSON: Ability to communicate well with all levels. Able to understand magnitude of any problem statement and escalate whenever necessary. Keep track reporting and analyze data, ability to anticipate using the data from Contract Manufacturer and AMD. Being independent in task given. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Communicating with key persons at Supplier/Contract Manufacturer site. Driving Commit Reports from Suppler/Contract Manufacturer. Resolve any issues arise in EDI transmission ASN/B2B with IT or AMD GL team. Customer Logistic Support. Opportunity to learn in managing operation and supply chain with Contract Manufacturing. Managing accuracy of consign inventories at Contract Manufacturer. Managing RMA process with Contract Manufacturer which includes closure in SAP system. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Experience in working with system (i.e SAP, Agile), good in Ms Office (especially PPT and excel). Experience in B2B transmission, scheduling PR/PO and commit process from supplier/contract manufacturer. ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS: Preferred Degree in Project Management, Logistic Management, Program Management, Supply Chain Management/Business Administration.
