Within the Video Security & Access Control (VS&A) business unit at Motorola Solutions, we are helping solve some of the biggest challenges around safety and physical security by developing advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies and products used to help keep people, businesses, and cities around the world safer. Our products have been installed in more than 120 countries at thousands of customer sites, including school campuses, transportation systems, healthcare centers, public venues, critical infrastructure, prisons, factories, casinos, airports, financial institutions, government facilities, and retailers.
Job Description
As a Product Operations Associate, you will be key in ensuring the smooth launch and ongoing management of our innovative product portfolio. You will work closely with product management, order management, sales, supply chain, demand planning, marketing, engineering, and other key stakeholders. Your work will be central to ensuring product data is accurate and readily available, enabling our partners and customers to easily order our products, and directly contributing to efficient sales and a positive customer experience.
Reporting to the Senior Product Operations Manager, this role requires a blend of technical acumen, operational efficiency, and strong interpersonal capabilities. The ideal candidate possesses comfort navigating technology tools and a nuanced understanding of product lifecycles, encompassing both software and hardware aspects. A core element of this position is your ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams, embodying our company culture of cooperation and shared success by proactively supporting your colleagues.

What You'll Do:
Set up and maintain product data across platforms, including Oracle PLM, Salesforce CRM, and SAP ERP.
Enable sales by configuring product attributes for pricelists, quoting tools, and eCommerce platforms.
Manage and resolve a high volume of product operations tickets, ensuring timely and accurate solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to secure the dissemination of product information.
Support the smooth transition of products through their lifecycle stages by managing their availability status.
Enter prices for new product introductions and implement necessary adjustments to existing products.
Drive product data accuracy, availability, quality, and integrity across all relevant tools and platforms.
Identify and champion opportunities for continuous improvement in the organization’s tools and processes.
Partner with IT teams to effectively drive improvement suggestions through to successful implementation.
Document existing and new processes to ensure business continuity and knowledge sharing within the team.
Support new projects by providing requirements, participating in UAT, and confirming results.
