Our team is new and yet faced with the ambitions of building highly performant advertising systems and delivering high impact to our business by monetizing our incredible slate of content. As one of the newest entrants in the Connected TV advertising space that’s rapidly growing, we seek to build unique value propositions that differentiate Netflix from other ad-supported streaming services.
We are looking for a Product Manager in the advertising space who is excited to join us on this journey.
About the Role:
This PM will be responsible for building a new foundational technology that connects systems across Netflix Ads. We are seeking a visionary to lead the development and management of our Data Clean Room infrastructure. This role is crucial in enabling our internal customers to manage data effectively through clean rooms, without heavy reliance on engineering or dev ops teams. This means building for other builders; laying the foundations for our stunning colleagues across engineering, product, data science, sales, and operations.
This PM will:
Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for Netflix’s Data Clean Room infrastructure, making it accessible and user-friendly for non-technical users.
Build and maintain orchestration systems that simplify complex technical processes, empowering teams to manage data seamlessly.
Collaborate with Data Foundations, Privacy, Legal, Regulatory Compliance, Measurement, and Audience teams to ensure the infrastructure meets diverse needs and adheres to all regulatory requirements.
Engage with external partners and technology providers like AWS, Google, and Snowflake to streamline vendor interactions and simplify the technology landscape.
Identify and explore opportunities to evolve Clean Rooms as a key method for transmitting bulk data, staying ahead of industry trends.
Ensure the infrastructure complies with legal and policy boundaries, leveraging a strong technical background and curiosity.
Discover innovative ways to shape the data logistics landscape through Clean Rooms, unblocking teams and fostering new initiatives.
We’re seeking a candidate who has:
Experience: 7+ years of Product Management experience with a proven track record of launching and scaling foundational tech infrastructures.
Visionary Leadership: Ability to deliver a comprehensive roadmap and vision for Data Clean Room infrastructure, catering to diverse customer groups.
Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of data privacy technologies and industry working practices, with a strong technical curiosity.
Collaborative Skills: Proven experience working with cross-functional teams, including Data Foundations, privacy, legal, and external technology providers.
Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with legal compliance and the evolving landscape of data privacy regulations worldwide.
Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $240,000 - $725,000.

We also offer paid leave of absence programs. Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off. Full-time salaried employees are immediately entitled to flexible time off.
