The Team

Our Finance Transformation team is a dynamic and innovative group dedicated to revolutionizing our finance operations, improving user experiences, and creating tangible business value through modern solutions for Procurement and Accounts Payable.

The Role

As a Procurement & AP Senior Product Manager you will lead products supporting these operational teams, playing a pivotal role in our Finance Transformation initiatives. You will define product vision and strategy, develop capabilities to build efficient and transparent processes, and foster a culture of openness across global operations.

Your role and responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

  • Align products with strategic goals and drive long-term vision.
  • Translate market insights into actionable product roadmaps.
  • Implement strategy through clear metrics and continuous improvement.

Performance Management:

  • Lead development of key metrics and monitor product viability.
  • Conduct quarterly reviews ensuring strategic alignment.
  • Lead cross-functional stakeholder relationships.

Team & Resource Optimization:

  • Create and mentor autonomous, agile product teams.
  • Foster innovation and continuous learning environment.
  • Prioritize initiatives for maximum value and handle resource allocation.

You will need the following skills and experience

  • Shown years of experience combining product development and Finance, with emphasis on Procurement and A/P processes and systems.
  • At least couple of years working as an Agile Product leader implementing agile methodologies.
  • Financial services experience (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Coupa and/or Workday systems (preferred).
  • Strong leadership capabilities to champion teams and ensure strategic alignment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with global stakeholders.
  • Shown ability to balance stakeholder needs, financial viability, and technical feasibility.

Monthly base salary 3300 - 3700 EUR gross. The final offer will be based on your experience and skills.

What happens now?

This is a full-time permanent position located in Vilnius. Nasdaq offers a hybrid workplace to find a balance between working from home and collaborating in the office, therefore it's required to come into the office at least 2 days per week.
