Principal Product Manager, Relay Fleet Tech

Job Description
Amazon is building the next generation of software products to support our global transportation network. Our team is looking for a Principal Product Manager to build, and scale software products used for maintenance of Amazon's transportation fleet worldwide. These products have a huge potential for AI to simplify processes and make lives better for our customers.
Relay Fleet Tech owns hardware and software products that help improve safety, lower cost, and improve uptime of Amazon's transportation fleet worldwide. Our primary customers are trucking companies and fleet teams. If you get excited about solving complex and impactful problems at scale and using AI to simplify user experience, this role is for you.
To be successful, you need to be flexible and entrepreneurial. You are a true owner - you are passionate about building software products and innovate on behalf of our customers. You ideally have experience presenting a strategic vision to senior leadership, and are excited to think-out-of-the box to solve complex problems.
Key job responsibilities
* As a Principal PM, you are the end-to-end owner of vision, product strategy, execution, and launch of your products
* You will define the product roadmap and bring your vision to life by working with engineers, program managers, and other product owners.
* You will own end-to-end product lifecycle from design through to launch and adoption.
* Your product requirements are concise, with clear, measurable success criteria.
* You are an effective negotiator, make smart trade-offs without sacrificing quality, and drive appropriate schedules.
* You use data to influence our business strategy and technical priorities, and escalate when necessary without negatively impacting relationships.
* You independently represent your products and the product team and are comfortable communicating with senior executives as well as with business and technical stakeholders.
