You will:
Lead Data Science and Automation Initiatives:
Head the development and implementation of data science projects to improve product performance and operational efficiency.
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to data, automation, and system optimization.
Data Analytics and AI Integration:
Utilize advanced data AI tools to extract insights from large datasets.
Develop machine learning models to predict trends, optimize processes, and enhance product features.
Implement predictive analytics to support strategic decision-making.
Automation Projects:
Design and implement automation solutions to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
Leverage AI and machine learning to automate data processing and analysis tasks.
Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate automation tools into existing systems.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Product Development, Engineering, and IT teams to align data science initiatives with business goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements.
Process Improvement and Innovation:
Identify and resolve process gap to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in data science, AI, and automation.
Seek opportunities to enhance products and operations using innovative solutions.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies in all data projects.

Essential Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's preferred. Minimum of 8 years of experience in data science, automation engineering, or related roles.
Leadership skills with experiences collaborating technical teams.
Proficiency in data tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL) and AI technologies.
Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Desirable requirements
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
