Como Practicante de Asistencia Administrativa, serás un apoyo fundamental para el equipo de operaciones en nuestra oficina de Medellín. Te encargarás de la gestión y revisión de entradas y salidas, provisiones, apoyo en el mantenimiento de la oficina, manejo de bases de datos y asistencia administrativa general. Es una excelente oportunidad de aprendizaje práctico dentro de un entorno dinámico y colaborativo.
Responsabilidades
- Revisar y controlar entradas y salidas de materiales y personal
- Apoyar en la elaboración y seguimiento de provisiones
- Colaborar en el mantenimiento y buen funcionamiento de la oficina
- Gestionar y actualizar bases de datos internas
- Brindar asistencia administrativa al equipo y soporte en tareas diarias
- Otras funciones asignadas

Calificaciones y Habilidades
- Estar cursando estudios como Técnico, Tecnólogo o pregrado en áreas administrativas, gestión o afines
- Habilidades organizativas y atención al detalle
- Capacidad para manejar múltiples tareas y prioridades en simultáneo
- Dominio básico de Microsoft Office y disposición para aprender nuevos sistemas digitales
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo
- Proactividad, actitud colaborativa y disposición para aprender
