Scope of Work
Handle national phase entry and validation of PCT applications in Indonesia.Collaborate with international legal teams to ensure timely and accurate submissions to the Directorate General of Intellectual Property (DGIP), Indonesia.Provide local representation and expert insight into DGIP procedural and documentation requirements.Offer guidance on timelines, formalities, and updates related to Indonesian patent prosecution and filings.Participate in rate discussions and provide transparent pricing (hourly, task-based, or based on official fee structure, as applicable).Selection Requirements
Registered and authorized to act before the Directorate General of Intellectual Property (DGIP), Indonesia.Legally permitted to file and prosecute patent applications on behalf of international clients in Indonesia.Demonstrated experience with PCT national phase entries, direct filings, and Indonesian patent validations.Firm must provide a company profile or brochure, website link, and a clear point of contact for coordination.Deliverables for Review
