We're looking for an exceptional team member to join the Alliances & Channels (A&C) Team to help Partners within the Salesforce ecosystem. This role will be a technical evangelist for our Partner Ecosystem on Digital 360 products. It will ensure Partners and Customers understand and leverage the power of the Digital 360 Platform.
The Digital 360 Partner Enablement Director (PED) is responsible for seeing our partners certify, enable and deliver strategic projects that achieve customer success.
Partner Enablement Director will be working closely with the A&C team and colleagues from Sales (AE), Solution Engineering (SE), Customer Success Group (CSG), the Services team, Product teams, and Partner support teams to support our Partners & grow their technical competence with our D360 offering.
Responsibilities:
1:Many Marketing Cloud and Digital 360 evangelism
1:1 deal-based technical consultancy to Managed Partner firms
Consultancy on Pre-Sales Partner Design, Architecture, SOW Review for any Big Bet deals
Targeting ANZ Partners with existing MC practices & certifications
Technical Sales Enablement (GTM), Roadmap/NPD enablement, Consumption
1:Some Advanced MC enablement of ANZ Partner Firms
Advanced Technical Enablement with Use Cases application & Labs
Experience/Skills Required:
Previous experience in one or more of the following: Technical Support, Technology, Consulting, Customer Success, Technology Solutions Development, Technical and/or, Solutions Architecture. — ideally with CRM or related applications (i.e., ERP systems ) in a SaaS environment.
Deep Salesforce SE experience, with MC and Core Certifications
Strong presentation skills, passion for growing D360 skills in the partner ecosystem, strong relationship-management skills
Experience scoping, sizing, leading, and managing project implementation teams for enterprise-level
Excellent analytical & problem solving skills with demonstrated technical and/or functional aptitude, and ability to engage with both internal and external stakeholders
Extremely strong negotiation and influencing skills to review key Partner deliverables such as proposals, staffing plans, architectural recommendations
Experience and technical understanding of one or more Salesforce products/platforms including Cross Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Loyalty Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce.
Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills, to deliver & facilitate meetings with executives in a concise, inspirational and convincing manner either virtually or in person
A strong sense of personal accountability and demonstrated sense of acting with urgency.
Strong leadership, relationship building, and negotiating skills.
Team player who has a collaborative and consultative work style and the ability to thrive in a high velocity, highly dynamic work environment
Strong diplomacy skills as required to interface with Partners and internal stakeholders within Salesforce.
