PWP Data Engineer/Analyst

Description

The Page Wide Print Analyst will help shape the future of industrial printing by turning terabytes of press telemetry data into actionable insights that reduce downtime, optimize consumables, and drive customer success across global installations.

We are looking for a Data Engineer/Analyst to join our data team.  This engineer will be an active, collaborative member of the Back Office Support Tools(BOOST) Team, working cross‑functionally with Support, R&D, Sales, and Consumables to co‑develop insights, communicate findings, and influence product and customer outcomes. In addition, there will be significant data pipeline engineering responsibilities as we scale to 100 billion rows of data per day.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver advanced data analytics to inform our support organization
  • Design reports and dashboards for internal and external use, optimizing customer operations.
  • Provide insights into how our customers use our devices
  • Build and support high-quality, scalable data pipelines

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree or significant experience in intense problem-solving environments
  • At least 3 years’ experience supporting products and end customers

Skills and Knowledge

  • Must have:
    • Demonstrated, ongoing commitment to using AI-assisted tools to improve how you work (speed, quality, learning), with an ability to explain and share your approach with others.
  • Nice to have:
    • SQL
    • PL/SQL
    • Data Modeling
    • Microsoft Excel
    • Statistical Process Control
    • Writing Systems
    • PWP press hardware and software
    • AI Data Modeling experience

Additional Qualifications

  • Demonstrated customer-centric approach, translating customer needs and feedback into actionable analysis and recommendations
  • Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive work to completion with minimal supervision


Impact & Scope
• Impacts multiple teams and may act as a team or project leader, providing direction to team activities and facilitating information validation and the team decision-making process.

 

The pay range for this role is $83,000 to $120,350 USD annually with additional
opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United
States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related
knowledge, skills, and experience.
