  • Support the manager in day-to-day sample tracking and reporting, maintaining accurate and organized documentation across all projects and portals.

  • Draft, format, and support the preparation of all lab-associated documents for studies (e.g., lab manuals).

  • Collaborate with the Clinical Study Manager (CSM) and Laboratory Data Manager (LDM) for sample reconciliation, including querying sites for missing baseline samples.

  • Create and maintain Salesforce opportunities and preferences, keeping clinical trial site and sponsor account information accurate and up to date.

  • Contribute ideas and expertise to internal initiatives to enhance product offerings and ensure the team is equipped with effective resources, guidelines, and SOPs.

Qualifications:

  • A self-starter with strong proactive communication skills, who is highly organized and systematic with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks.

  • Energized by working with external stakeholders and interested in client management long-term.

  • Creative and analytical mindset in order to problem solve, and confidence to ask key questions on workflows and processes.

  • Commitment to the success of the team; brings a collaborative attitude and the ability to create strong relationships.

  • Skillful at working both independently and in team settings and comfortable with a fast-paced environment.

  • Comfort with ambiguity and understanding complex process workflows.

  • Demonstrated interest in the Healthcare industry, especially the ‘business’ side of science through prior professional or extracurricular experiences.

  • Prior work in industries (2+ years) related to Life Sciences, genomic sequencing, or oncology.

  • Relevant experience in management consulting, customer success, laboratory testing, account management, or client-facing role is a plus.

  • Experience in a healthcare technology company is highly preferred.
