Codeium already gives AI-powered tools to hundreds of thousands of individual developers and development teams at thousands of enterprises, from startups to Fortune 500 companies. With millions of installations of our extensions and intense traction in the enterprise sector, Codeium has uniquely already achieved strong product market fit, and is looking to take it to the next level. As a marketing operations specialist, you will be responsible for managing campaigns, executing on product launches, and various other operational activities. You are expected to work autonomously and cross-functionally and will have agency to execute on ideas. Your role will be instrumental in driving adoption of AI technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management: Project management to execute full marketing campaigns (product launches, company initiatives, etc), working closely with a large number of internal stakeholders.

• Content distribution: Managing the distribution of vast amounts of produced content, such as blog posts, video, and demos.

• Operational ownership: Operationally-heavy activities, such as managing our podcast (Floating Points), spend, and more.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.

• 2+ years professional experience as a Marketing Operations Specialist, Technical Program Manager, or related field.

• Technical ability to understand and communicate AI-related concepts and products. (Easy litmus test is to check if you understand some of the more technical content on codeium.com/blog).

• Incredibly strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

• (Optional) Past experience with coding, design, product marketing, and/or sales.
