Join our Transaction Platform team — a dynamic group at the core of a critical division focused on ensuring seamless transaction processing across key verticals like Mobility, Food, and Mart. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams spanning Data Science, Analytics, Design, and Operations, in an environment that values both innovation and teamwork.
Get to Know the Role
As a Lead Product Manager for the Post-Transaction Management space for our merchants, you’ll be at the forefront of building scalable and reliable platform solutions that enable businesses to seamlessly make, receive, track, and manage transaction-related payments. This hybrid role is based in Beijing and reports to the Head of Product, Transaction Platform.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Define and implement the product strategy and roadmap for the Post Transaction Management Platform.
- Lead operational improvements in areas such as payment reconciliation, settlement reliability, refund accuracy, and merchant support efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Science, Analytics, Design, and Operations to drive a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
- Leverage data to inform decisions, evaluate product performance, and clearly communicate impact to leadership.
- Set and manage success metrics that align with organizational goals and reflect platform reliability, efficiency, and user satisfaction.
- Partner with multiple product teams to develop scalable solutions that address shared challenges across products and markets.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Product Management Expertise: 5+ years of experience in product management, with exposure to platform or transaction-focused domains.
- Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to turn data into actionable insights that drive measurable improvements in reliability and operational outcomes.
- Strong Communication: Skilled in simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse audiences across the organization.
- Execution Excellence: Track record of leading complex projects end-to-end and delivering impactful outcomes.
- Collaborative Approach: Adept at aligning cross-functional stakeholders and driving toward shared objectives.
