ROLE OVERVIEW
We’re looking for an HR Specialist who thrives in dynamic environments, loves solving people puzzles, and knows that behind every great company are even greater humans. If you're ready to make an impact while keeping things organized, compliant, and people-first, this role is for you.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
As part of the People Success team you’ll be the go-to person for everything from onboarding to employee support, all while keeping our HR operations seamless and compliant. Here’s what your day-to-day might include:
- Plan and run smooth, engaging new hire experiences.
- Support benefit administration.
- Partner on immigration processes with precision and care.
- Be a friendly and knowledgeable resource for team members' questions.
- Draft contracts, manage addendums, and ensure files are audit-ready.
- Stay sharp on employment legislation and ensure we’re always in the clear.
- Jump into exciting People Success initiatives and help drive them forward.
- Assist in handling employee relations cases—grievances, PIPs, and more—with discretion and empathy.
- Help managers navigate our annual performance process.
- Capture insights from departing team members to improve the journey for others.
- Keep our people's data tidy and up to date.
REQUIEREMENTS
Must-Haves
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in HR or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal, in English and Greek).
- Previous experience supporting HR operations or administration.
Nice to Have...
- Keeping your cool while juggling multiple priorities.
- Building strong relationships with teammates and managers.
- Taking initiative and working independently with light supervision.
- Solving day-to-day HR puzzles with clarity and confidence.
