About the Role
We’re hiring a Growth and Business Operations Analyst to work with a senior executive on our Strategy and Growth team at Distyl. This isn’t a support role, it’s an extension of the exec. You’ll run point on priorities, create leverage across the business, and ensure critical projects stay on track. You’ll need to be organized, sharp, discreet, and operationally excellent. Expect a front-row seat to high-stakes work and an opportunity to grow your career.
What You’ll Do
Own planning and execution of priority initiatives across departments and clients (AIE, AIS, AIR)
Establish project plans, define milestones, track progress, and remove blockers
Drive clarity and accountability through effective cross-functional communication and documentation
Identify process gaps and inefficiencies; implement systems and workflows that scale
Craft clear, concise briefs and decks with minimal oversight, and strong attention to detail.
Own tracking and execution of strategic projects—driving accountability, maintaining momentum, and ensuring timely delivery.
Be a trusted right hand, see around corners, surface blind spots, and protect the executive’s time and focus
Who You Are
Experienced: 2-5 years supporting senior leaders in high-performance environments (startups, operations, consulting, military, or government).
Operationally excellent: you don’t drop balls, and nothing gets lost in the shuffle.
Detail-obsessed: you catch the typo before anyone else sees it.
Clear and concise communicator: in writing, in meetings, across functions.
Action-oriented: you move fast, make decisions with limited information, and adapt on the fly.
Trusted and discreet: you’ll be handling sensitive information constantly.
Willing and able to travel as needed.
Educational qualifications are irrelevant—your track record speaks for itself.
Bonus: Experience in senior government or military service is a strong plus.
