Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a range of administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and coordination of team activities.
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in managing data through Excel and Google Sheets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing support on reporting, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
• Provide clear and concise communication in both German and English.
• Monitor project progress and assist in problem-solving when necessary.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas of improvement, ensuring quality and efficiency in operations.

Requirements:

• Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken).
• Experience working in administrative roles (e.g., Administrative Assistant, Office Manager).
• Proficient in using Excel and Google Sheets, with strong data entry and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and an analytical, data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience in the food and hospitality industry.

Compensation

Type: Hourly 

Remuneration: $10 Hourly. 

Working hours: 9 AM - 6 PM CET
