Full-Stack Engineer (Frontend-Focused), AI Agent

About the Role

We’re looking for a Full-Stack Engineer (Frontend-Focused) who is passionate about AI products, design, and user experience.
This role emphasizes frontend development while also involving backend and model integration to deliver seamless, intelligent user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the frontend architecture and development (React / Next.js);
• Collaborate with designers and PMs to create intuitive, high-quality user experiences;
• Contribute to backend API design and integrate AI model services;
• Optimize performance, interactivity, and scalability;
• Work with AI and backend teams to rapidly prototype and iterate on new features.

Requirements

• 3+ years of frontend or full-stack experience, or a strong academic background from a top university;
• Deep expertise in JavaScript / TypeScript / React / Next.js and modern web architecture;
• Working knowledge of backend development (Python / Node.js, RESTful APIs, Postgres / MySQL / Redis);
• Strong interest in AI / LLM products, with familiarity in RAG, prompt engineering, or agent frameworks;
• Excellent product sense and UX intuition, balancing design, performance, and engineering trade-offs;
• Comfort working in a dynamic, startup-like environment with shifting priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience building or launching AI Agents or intelligent web products;
• Deep understanding of frontend performance, animation, or data visualization;
• Hands-on experience with Android / iOS development (React Native, Flutter, Swift, or Kotlin);
• Experience shipping 0→1 products in small, agile teams.
